Delia Alberstein has an extensive background in the life insurance and financial services industry. She was a successful financial advisor for twelve years and served four years in agency management. As the Associate General Agent for the Connecticut Mutual in Seattle, Washington, her duties included recruiting, selection, initial and advanced training, as well as field and office supervision of advisors. In that capacity, she brought their new organization from 44th to 5th in the company within three years, and received Connecticut Mutual’s prestigious Management Council Award each year.
Delia is co-author, along with O. Alfred Granum and her husband, Dr. Barry Alberstein, of the industry leading texts, Building a Financial Services Clientele and Managing Through the One Card System. She also co-authored the development of the web-based Career Activity Management (CAM) System, which is the electronic continuation of the Granum research and the One Card System business model.
