Ted Digges is the Executive Director of The American College Penn Mutual Center for Veterans Affairs. He joined The College in 2013 to lead the development of the Center.

Prior to joining The College, Ted was a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He had a 27-year active duty Navy career, serving both in surface ships and submarines, and was designated a Joint Qualified Officer. His assignments included tours all over the U.S., Asia Pacific, and Europe. Ted is former president of a non-profit organization focused on engaging the military community and charitable endeavors. In 2016, he was named a Veteran of Influence by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

A native of Vienna, VA, Ted is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds a Master of Science in Management, a master’s degree in National Security and International Studies, and is a graduate of the Darden School’s Executive Program at the University of Virginia. He has also earned his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL).
